Hiya, welcome to Sailor Coruscant's Archive. I'm your host, Sailor Coruscant, though in real life I go by the (somewhat more prosaic) name 'Catherine Braiding'. I'm a PhD student looking at star formation, who occasionally dabbles in fandom. That means that as you wander around my site, you'll no doubt find fanfiction and fanart for my various projects, but there are also a few original stories (one of which was even published for money - well, gift vouchers), my photo albums (currently under construction) and of course my online diary (which I am going to update any day now)! sighs...

Yesterday, Julia and I threw a rather successful party for 20 people celebrating the fact that D'Arth is getting married (I really ought to finish illustrating that, ne?). Was exhausted and overwrought by the time I got home (and thanks again to Mum for being my driver for the day).

Today I'm so lonely I could cry and am getting my kicks by switching off the cable modem for 30 seconds at a time in order to drive my kid brother mad.

Follow-up on the Apple Store...

To spare those who already see my flickr stream on the planet or in their rss readers, I'm not going to link all the images here, but rather I'm just going to tell the story over on flickr. There is, however one little bit that won't go up there, and that would be my dodgy video of James and Beto's arrival and high-fiving!

Yes, I know I'm lame. But I have an apple tshirt (currently going for between $60-100 on ebay) and you don't, so I still win.

So, it's a bad thing when the University of Michigan Ross School of business wants to use one of your photos in an email version of an article about how a cluttered workplace reflects poorly on you, right?

Still fickle...

I'm terrible about following up on blog promises. Instead of uploading my photos and talking about my trip, I got distracted doing web stuff around the place (in particular the Domus Prime site).

But just to show that I do care about my photos, here's one of my photos being used by the consumerist, and here's another one being used by some CMS dudes. Oh, and one more on wikipedia.
