  Here we go again...

I'm avoiding my email.
This is not terribly surprising, as I'm meant to be putting together a speech this week. So, I know that Mark is going to be emailling me and wanting me to come see him and practice and stuff.
Only problem is, I can't write it.
This is more than just 'can't be bothered writing it.
I can't write it. Seriously.
I can't sit in my office for more than an hour, or my paranoia takes over.
I spend more than half an hour working on it, and I feel like I want to throw up.
I can't sleep for the nightmares.
And yet I've only gotten 9 slides done.
I'll have it done before bed tonight though, you can believe that.
I will not let my fears rule me.
