What the?...*big shrugs*
Well, apparently my grandmother was able to hear something on the radio, but the news took a while to filter down to me.
Some guy went and held up a whole bunch of places in Cabramatta (about 10 suburbs away) at gunpoint, and managed to escape all the way to Yagoona, where he shot someone in the ankle.
I don't know that all those police guys were necessary to arrest him, but it certainly made me feel better to know that no one died or was seriously hurt in the fiasco.
