Catherine's Velvet Pie of Destiny and Justice!...Stuff you need
1/2 cup plain flour
3 tablesppons cocoa, sifted
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup sugar
1 cup cream
1 cup milk
4 eggs, lightly beaten
100g butter, melted.
Stuff to do
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Combine all the ingrediants in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Pour into a greased straight-sided 25cm pie dish.
Bake for 1 hour. Stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
Serve warm with extra cream.
Extra Stuff
The ingredients will serparate whilst cooking to make a crunchy topping, a creamy chocolate custard filling and a doughy base.
